Some objectives for the second week:

  • Test with the tips you can find on this Knowledge Base
  • In our community, we will share ‘Challenges’
  • Eat (comfort) foods you don't eat, because you think they are unhealthy
  • Try some meals from Uber Eats or Deliveroo
  • Eat at different times (for example, after your exercise)
  • Practice (intermittent) fasting with our support
