You are using fine delicate sensor technology. Therefore, errors can occur.
A list of possible errors:
|Scan Error||Your scan was unsuccessful. Tap the scan button and scan again||Please try again to activate the sensor. Does it fail after 4 hours? Contact us, but keep the sensor attached|
|Check Sensor||Please check your Sensor. If it is loose from your skin, please remove the Sensor and start a new one. If it is applied properly, try starting Sensor again.||Please try again to activate the sensor. Does it fail the 3rd time? Contact us for a new sensor. Did the sensor came loose? Contact us right away|
|Replace Sensor||Your Sensor is not working. Please remove your Sensor and start a new one||Is the 14 days period over? Remove the sensor and dispose it. In case this happens earlier, please contact us (do not remove the sensor)|
It will help us if you send a screenshot of the error. You can find them, by clicking the menu, followed by: Help > Event Log. Use your phone to make a screenshot of the page that you see.
